Titanium Alloy Anti-Fusion Agent
--Forms a protective layer on thread surfaces, enhancing the load-bearing capacity of titanium screws, reducing maintenance costs, and increasing lubricity at connected parts for easier installation, disassembly, and maintenance. Prevents metal adhesion caused by long-term non-disassembly.
--Contains water-repellent agents, ensuring components remain easy to disassemble even after long-term exposure to seawater erosion. Prevents hardening, seizing, and rusting due to moisture or prolonged use, keeping screws easy to assemble or disassemble.
--You may find screws difficult to remove after long-term use—this is metal fusion (cold welding). Cold welding occurs on all metal surfaces after tightening; using anti-fusion agent effectively ensures smooth assembly and secure fastening of bicycle parts.
● Ideal as assembly grease for high-quality vehicles.
-- Prevents metal-to-metal fusion: This bicycle component lubricant inhibits cold welding, abrasion, and seizing between metal contact surfaces, especially for parts frequently exposed to high pressure and moisture, such as screw threads, seatposts, pedals, and bottom brackets. Recommended for high-activity metals like titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, and magnesium alloy surfaces.
● Product Applications:
Suitable for screw assembly of internal combustion engines, pipelines (flanges), motor coils, and exhaust pipes; bolts of gas and oil combustion equipment.
Ideal for moving parts in high-temperature or harsh environments, such as injection molding machine nozzles, spark plug screws, oven gasket pipe threads, etc.
Applicable to screw thread joints, mold accessory rings, screw and nut threads, screw connections of steam turbines, hook screws of overhead cranes, fasteners of cooling towers, etc.
Notes:
Seal tightly immediately after use to prevent impurity contamination.
Do not mix with other greases to avoid affecting performance.
Store in a clean, dry, and dark place.
